Addiction to screens has been fairly devastating as we gravitate more and more to staying home and other such restrictions in the global pandemic. While many of us can be effective and efficient when it comes to work capacity, we are finding it harder to get restful sleep. It’s a whole other ball of wax when it comes to the next generation – children have been incredibly and adversely impacted when it comes to the nearly unlimited screen time that they have been subjected to recently. In fact, during the pandemic, the screen time of adolescents more than doubled to a whopping 7.7 hours a day.

Is there any hope for us to reverse this course? Indeed, there is – setting proper internet usage and internet filtering can be a game changer in these tough times.
