Investing in yourself is incredibly important. It’s tough to get into the right mindset if your body isn’t coming along the way that you need it to. And, chances are, if you are at least moderately to obesely overweight, you probably aren’t at your best to face the day. Much of this can be traced back to how the medical community typically treats weight loss – usually treating the symptoms as opposed to looking into the whole individual. Furthermore, many proven medications are woefully under prescribed where they would otherwise do a world of good. Let’s stop addressing the swings of dieting and look to holistically healing the whole person.
